Description: The sugarcane decaffeination process is natural and eco-friendly, preserving coffee’s flavour and aroma while removing caffeine. Green beans are steamed, then soaked in ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane. The caffeine bonds with ethyl acetate, and after extraction, the beans are dried. This method is sustainable and ensures high-quality decaffeinated coffee.

We use Sendle to ship parcels Australia-wide.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date orders are received, and refer to business days not calendar days. We make every effort from our end to ensure deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames. However once orders have been dispatched and handed over to shipping providers, any delays during transit are out of our control.

Refund Policy
RETURNS POLICY
We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange on any items that are sold on this website. If a buyer wishes to contact us regarding a return, this must be done within the first 3 days of receiving the item. We are unable to accept returns for the following: Coffee & other perishable goods Contact to return items made beyond the specified 3 day timeframe. If an item identified by us is eligible for a return, it must be in an unused, undamaged state in its original packaging. If this is not met then no refund or exchange can be facilitated. To identify and/or approve circumstances for a return an exchange or refund, we will, at our discretion request for additional information. Such information may include but is not limited to, proof of purchase of the item to be returned. Costs incurred from returning the product to Fresh Beans and Brews will not be reimbursed to the buyer and/or sender.

We reserve the right to amend, replace & change the information stipulated on this page at any given time. Continued use of our website after these changes have been made means that you agree and accept the new information provided.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
