Why ‘Black Angus Coffee’. I am a small scale Beef Cattle Producer mainly centered around Angus cattle. My association with the cattle industry goes back into my childhood when I visited family farms for holidays and time with family.
My family has been in the industry going back into the 1930’s and 40’s.
Each coffee within the catalogue has been named after a ‘Bull’ from the herds over the years. One in particular was ‘Hippy Hippy Hup’ which I understand my late Aunt used to ride around on when she was quite young. He was a tame Jersey bull so in light of his lack of the normal ‘Watch your back’ with a Jersey bull I have used his name for the de-caffeinated blend. It’s still got the taste but without the extra personality.
So why coffee, why not! Black Angus coffee is to be enjoyed and comes with the texture and taste like a decent cut of beef
